About DojoStack
DojoStack is building a voice-native, canvas AI tutor that you talk to and sketch with on your tablet or phone. It teaches STEM at the level of a great human tutor - for the 1.5 billion learners who will never afford one.
Everybody wants to build an AI tutor… Building a product that rivals a real human is close to impossible. A demo takes a weekend, but shipping something that parents and students trust means being right 99%+ of the time. The last stretch is a hardcore infrastructure game: evals, fine-tuning, human-in-the-loop, agent graph engineering, GitOps, … the infrastructure that generic LLM wrappers never touch.
We are infrastructure-grade under the hood and consumer-grade on the surface, which is extremely rare in one company.
Our team has founded and scaled data-infrastructure companies to hundreds of millions in value. Now we’re applying that experience to education: truly personalized learning at global scale. We’re backed by some of the best investors in the world and are extremely well funded for the journey ahead.
Based in Berlin, DojoStack is a tight-knit group of top 1% engineers, designers, and researchers we’ve worked with before. We move fast, own problems end to end, and care deeply about what we build.
If you want to build real AI with urgency, autonomy, and purpose, we’d love to meet you.
About the role
We’re not looking for a traditional growth hire. We’re looking for a weapon → someone insanely smart, systems-minded, and dangerous at turning ambiguity into growth opportunities.
At DojoStack, growth is engineering. We build and automate our entire internal engine on Databricks and LangGraph, ranging from full-stack automation to human enablement such as sales support, automated outreach, ICP generation all the way to marketing ops. Your job is to spearhead what needs to happen, do it yourself first, then turn it into a system: automate what machines do better, keep human what humans do better. That judgment call is the craft and you’ll learn a lot of best practices making it.
This is the most versatile role in the company. One morning you’re working a convention floor in the US or closing a partner, by afternoon you’re modeling data in Databricks using dbt or shipping an outreach agent in LangGraph.
You’ll work directly with the founders, and you’ll have the opportunity to spend 1–2 years in the US with them, as we’re relocating there for the growth phase.
What you’ll own
- Manual → System: Spearhead new motions yourself first, then automate them into our internal engine. Own the judgment: what becomes a system, what stays human.
- End-to-End Buyer Journey: From acquiring students and parents to converting them into revenue, you’ll orchestrate the full motion.
- GTM Infrastructure: Build and maintain the tooling, automations, and systems to scale go-to-market for every syllabus pod.
- Growth Experiments: Run rapid experiments and scale what works across paid, product, and community-led channels.
- Embedded GTM Enablement: Build the playbooks, tools, and internal products that help each syllabus GTM operator move faster and smarter.
- Own the Data Layer: You won’t ask for dashboards. You’ll build them.
- Own the data pipeline from raw events to GTM insights.
- Set up dashboards that actually help people make decisions.
- Track every step of the funnel - from first Reddit comment to converted teacher cohort.
- Be the person who knows what’s working and what’s not before anyone else does.
- Recruiting & Leadership: Hire, train, and lead a distributed team of GTM engineers and help them crush acquisition.
You might be a fit if you…
- Think like a systems builder
- Are comfortable with data modeling, git, and production pipelines, or genuinely up for learning them — growth here is engineering
- Are obsessed with data: if you don’t have the answer, you’ll go build the SQL to get it.
- Know the GTM ecosystem: Keyplay, Clay, Warmly, Unify, RB2B, Apollo, 11x, lempire, etc.
- Build for others: you create systems that enable others to move faster - and love doing it.
- Can influence and manage teammates and sell your ideas with clarity, speed, and conviction.
- Move effortlessly between creative and technical worlds - one hour you’re jamming on TikTok hooks, the next you’re debugging an analytics pipeline.
You don’t need to tick every technical box on day one. We’ll teach you that side, and we have people who have been doing it for years. What you do need are the basics and a real appetite for becoming technical.
What we offer
- Real ownership - in both scope and equity (up to 3.0% equity for core team members)
- Competitive salary
- A steep personal growth curve, with expanding responsibility
- The chance to work at the frontier of applied AI
- A tight-knit team, high trust environment, and mission that matters
You might excel if you…
- Have founded or been early at a startup
- Have a trail of things you built that nobody asked for (side projects, a community you grew, a product with real users)
- Are highly competitive, ambitious, and energized by intensity
- Thrive in fast-paced environments with constant context switching
- Enjoy tackling both technical and non-technical problems
